I have no complaints at all. First and foremost, right after the order was placed, the seller made contact with me to let me know the order was shipped. The seller asked that I keep in contact and feel free to share any experiences good and/bad (I have only had good experiences). The order was received in a matter of two business days and the quality is very good. It is nice and shiny, thick, no shedding and easy to easy maintain, even my stylist loves the quality of the hair. Not only did it come in two days, the package was so professional and neat! The bundles are soft , bounced, NO SMELL AT ALL, thick all the way down. I cut layers with the 16-18-20 and it’s GIVING EVERYTHING! I have minimal leave out at the top and it look so natural. Holds curls and was easy to straighten. I just got it installed and I’ve already added another order to my chart. I wish I was over exaggerating but I’m not!! I’m so picky with shopping hair! THIS COMPANY WON ME OVER ! Have you seen the prices !!!!!??????

I love this hair! It’s so soft and has body. So far I haven’t seen any shedding. I ordered the 16,18,20 inch bundles for a sew in and it came the next day??
